Clear terms for a personal page.

These terms apply when you create an account, use Tagg's private workspace, publish a profile or use a paid feature. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms and approve any purchase. Tagg is not intended for children under 13.

Keep your sign-in details secure and give us accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you tell us promptly that it has been compromised.

Claiming a handle creates an address; it does not automatically publish the profile. You control when the page is published and whether supported content is public, friends-only or private. Handles must not impersonate another person or falsely suggest endorsement.

You keep ownership of original reviews, lists, text, artwork, audio and other material you submit. You give Tagg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, cache, resize, transcode and display that material only as needed to operate, secure and share the service according to your settings.

The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for short-lived technical copies and records we must keep for safety, disputes or law. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it and grant this licence.

Only upload images, cover art and profile audio you are allowed to use. Buying a song, finding an image online or crediting its creator does not automatically give you permission to publish it.

Profile image and audio files are stored privately. When a profile's visibility permits, Tagg gives the viewer a short-lived signed link to the file. Anyone who receives that link may be able to open it until it expires, even when the asset is no longer shown in the profile layout. Remove an asset you no longer want hosted. File types, sizes, playback and bandwidth are subject to published product limits and proportionate abuse controls.

Do not use Tagg to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud or expose private information about another person. Do not distribute malware, unsafe links, spam, illegal material or content that infringes intellectual property rights. Do not scrape, automate or interfere with the service in a way that harms Tagg or other users.

Movie, series, anime and game metadata may come from Wikidata, TheTVDB, IGDB and migration sources such as TMDB and AniList. Artwork is displayed only when its recorded provider policy permits it. Titles, release details and availability can be incomplete or change. Their owners keep their respective rights, and appearing on Tagg does not mean they endorse Tagg or a user.

User profiles can link to third-party sites. Tagg does not control those destinations, their availability or their privacy practices. Use the leaving-Tagg warning and open external links carefully.

Free includes the core tracking and profile product. Premium monthly and yearly are recurring unless the checkout says otherwise. The price, renewal interval, taxes and any launch discount shown at checkout control the purchase. You may cancel future renewals through the available billing flow or support.

Founder is a limited early-access, one-time plan. "Lifetime Premium" means Premium access for the operating life of the Tagg service while the account remains in good standing; it is not a promise that Tagg or every feature will exist forever.

Paid access is for normal personal use. It does not include unlimited storage, bandwidth, automated traffic or resale. We may apply reasonable, proportionate limits to protect the service and will avoid restricting ordinary use without good reason. Your statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights are not reduced by these terms.

Tagg is still developing. Features may change, move or be withdrawn, and temporary outages can happen. We will not silently turn a free plan into a paid one or charge a new recurring price without the notice and agreement required by law.

We may update these terms as the product or law changes. Material changes will be brought to account holders' attention before they take effect where reasonably possible.

We may limit visibility, remove content, reserve or change a deceptive handle, suspend features or close an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law or keep the service secure. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate action.

Where appropriate, we will explain the action and allow an appeal through the support form. We may preserve relevant records while a safety, payment, copyright or legal issue is reviewed.

You can stop using Tagg at any time and request account deletion through support. Cancel a recurring plan separately so that future charges stop. Content and data handling after closure are described in the Privacy notice.

Tagg is provided with reasonable care, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that community content is accurate. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits the rights you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply where you live.
